Terms of Use

01 Acceptance

These terms are between you and Solutions Svrnty (9549-3177 Québec inc.). They apply to the svrnty.io website and the Svrnty apps that refer to them, including Azimuth, Millwright, Lumendesk and Cortex. By using them, you accept these terms. Our privacy policy is part of them.

02 The website

The website presents Svrnty and its products for information. Its content is not a contractual offer; products and services are provided under a written agreement with each client.

03 Our apps

Access to our apps is usually by invitation from a client organization, such as your employer. The agreement between that organization and Svrnty governs the service; these terms cover your personal use of the apps.

You are responsible for the security of your device and your access. Notify your organization immediately if it is lost or used without authorization.

04 Navigation apps (Azimuth)

Never handle your phone while driving. Follow the Highway Safety Code and road signs, which always take priority over the app’s directions.

Routes, travel times and maps are provided for guidance and may contain errors. You remain solely responsible for how you drive.

05 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes, including entering false information such as a false proof of delivery;
• try to access systems, accounts or data of others without authorization;
• interfere with the services or bypass their security measures;
• copy, decompile or disassemble the apps, except as the law allows.

06 Intellectual property

The website, the apps and their content belong to Svrnty or its licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence to use them under these terms. Rights in work built for a client are set out in the agreement with that client.

07 Availability and changes

We work to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or remove features.

08 Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Svrnty is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the website or the apps. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or any other law of public order.

09 End of access

Your access to an app ends when your organization removes it or its agreement with Svrnty ends. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.

10 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply. Subject to consumer rights, any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Trois-Rivières.

11 Language

The French version of these terms prevails. This English translation is provided for convenience.
