Why
When a recall comes, the history of every lot should already be on record.
Most plants keep stock in one system, lots in another and recipes in a spreadsheet. When a recall comes, someone rebuilds the history by hand, under pressure, with the inspector waiting.
Millwright records every movement once: what came in, what was used, what shipped. Your stock count and your recall file come from that same record, so they always agree.

Every lot, end to end
Each lot keeps its identity from receipt to shipment. For each ingredient in a product, Millwright shows whether the link is proven or uncertain.

Stock by site, shelf and lot, computed from movements, never typed in.

Labels that match the recipe
For each allergen on a label, you see where it comes from. Nutrition facts: in development.

Scan instead of type
GS1 barcode reading is in development. Labels are produced from approved specifications.

Orders from the systems you already use
The Shopify connection is planned. For your other order or accounting systems, we build a custom connection with you.

What changes

- No server to manage. We host Millwright in Trois-Rivières, watch it and replace failed hardware.
